Pursuant to the “Act on consumer rights”, the consumer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

In the case of personalized design/size, refunds are not possible

The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

We make returns using a bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer in the return / complaint form. Refund will be send back within 14 business days.

After accepting the complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with a full-fledged product. In a situation where the advertised product is no longer included in the online clothing store offer, we will refund all transaction costs incurred by the customer or propose an exchange for another product of the same value as the advertised, which is in the current offer.

Rules for exchanging goods:

Customers have the option of exchanging goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Goods sent back for exchange must not bear traces of use and must have a set of tags.

WARNING! The cost of resending the exchanged goods is borne by the customer. Please attach the due amount to the shipment with the returned goods or transfer to our bank account.

In the event that the customer’s product for exchange will not be included in the offer of the online store and therefore the exchange will not be possible, we will offer a refund or exchange of goods for another.

If the customer decides to exchange the product for another (more expensive than previously ordered) we will inform you about the need to pay by e-mail, if you choose the cheaper product, the excess payment will be settled within 5 days from the date of completion of the exchange procedure.

Personalized products are not exchangeable or refundable

In the event that the customer receives the goods resulting from incorrect execution of the order by and therefore will be forced to make an exchange, the shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the seller.
