The operator’s email contact address: tryflystore@gmail.com. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to the data provided voluntarily on the Website. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

The Service obtains information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the page are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which means regular updates of software components.

The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s servers: another company. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company conducts server-level logs. Recorded may be:

- Time of request arrival,
- Time of sending the response,
- Client station name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
- Information on errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in case the transition to the Service was through a link,
- Information about the user’s browser,
- Information about the IP address,
- Diagnostic information related to the self-ordering process through the page recorders,

- Your rights and additional information on the use of data
In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This includes such groups of recipients:

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the Service’s operation.
In relation to you, actions may be taken involving automated decision making, including profiling, to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection provisions. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
- Information in forms
The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
The Service can save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
The Service, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
Data provided in the form are processed for the function specific to that form, e.g., to process a service request or contact registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form in a clear manner inform what it is used for.

Information about the behavior of users in the service may be logged. These data are used to administer the service.
