TryFly Contest Rules:

§1 Organizer

  1. The contest is organized by JFK Design, based in Poland, at Wieniawskiego 18, 41-500 Chorzów.
  2. The contest is open worldwide.

§2 Participants

  1. Any individual of legal age with full legal capacity may participate in the contest.
  2. Participants must own a TryFly product to enter.

§3 Contest Rules

  1. To participate, entrants must submit a photo or video of a jump or flight in a TryFly product (either from an outdoor jump or a wind tunnel flight) to: tryflystore@gmail.com.
  2. The deadline for submissions is December 6, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
  3. Each participant can submit an unlimited number of entries.

§4 Prizes

  1. The contest prizes are as follows:
    a) 1st place – 100 euro Voucher,
    b) 2nd and 3rd places – 30 euro voucher,
  2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

§5 Winner Selection

  1. Winners will be chosen by a jury composed of members of the TryFly team.
  2. The results will be announced on December 6, 2024, via the TryFly Facebook profile .

§6 Consent for Publication

  1. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to allow the organizer to publish their submitted photos or videos on social media platforms and for marketing purposes of JFK Design.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules at any time and will inform participants of any changes.
